1. Introduction
Neroaa Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates Neroaa Restaurant POS and the website https://neroaa.in. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, Android app, or related services.
Neroaa Restaurant POS stores orders, bills, and staff PINs on the device. A Neroaa account is used for subscription and device registration. Payment for the app plan is processed by Razorpay. We do not sell diner payment-card data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to run your restaurant account and the POS app:
- Account details you provide, such as email, owner name, and restaurant name, when you register or sign in.
- Device identifiers used to register an installation and enforce device limits.
- Subscription payment details processed by Razorpay for the Neroaa plan. We do not collect diner card numbers for restaurant bills.
- Optional product photos and files such as Excel imports/exports or local backup ZIPs, which stay on the device unless you share them.
We do not collect approximate location or an advertising ID.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage your Neroaa account, register devices, deliver subscription and app functionality, process app-plan payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure and reliable.
4. Data Safety (Play Store)
The following matches the Play Console Data safety declaration for the Neroaa Restaurant POS Android app. In Play Console, “Shared” means a third party. Data sent to Neroaa’s own API (api.neroaa.in / RestaurantPlatform) is collected, not shared. Razorpay is a third party and is therefore listed as shared.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or diner payment-card data. Account, name, and device information sent to Neroaa servers is first-party collection used for login, subscriptions, and device registration. The only third-party sharing is subscription checkout with Razorpay. Photos and local files stay on the device unless you export or send them yourself.
6. Data Security
Data sent to Neroaa services is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. We also take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage strong account practices on your side as well.
7. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Neroaa account and related personal information by contacting support. We will handle deletion requests through your Neroaa account or our support team.
